Primo Del Rey

Built for steady, low-friction smoking, Primo Del Rey pairs an Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper with a Nicaraguan binder and mixed Honduran–Nicaraguan filler and is produced in Honduras. On the palate it reads creamy and nutty at first, then settles into cedar and cocoa with a restrained background spice; overall the smoke texture is silky rather than aggressive. Construction trends toward an easy draw and even burn, which helps the line stay consistent across sizes. Offered in familiar vitolas—Robusto, Toro, Pyramid and Churchill—the line favors everyday approachability and value; occasional maduro or alternate-wrapper releases have appeared alongside the straight Connecticut core. For smokers who want a soft, classic Connecticut profile without boutique pricing, Primo Del Rey delivers reliable, flavor-forward sessions.
