Edición Diamante is Montecristo's Nicaraguan puro extension of the 1935 Anniversary line, developed with AJ Fernández and blended by Rafael Nodal. Built with a Jalapa hybrid wrapper, an Ometepe criollo binder and Estelí fillers, the line leans medium: sweet cocoa and cream sit against toasted cedar, coffee and earth, with black pepper and baking spice appearing intermittently. The cigars are largely box‑pressed and underwent additional wrapper conditioning and aging steps the brand highlights, producing a sweeter, smoother finish and a refined medium bodied Montecristo within the 1935 family.
