Oro Oscuro keeps OpusX’s Dominican puro identity but leans darker through a heavily fermented rosado‑oscuro wrapper sourced from Chateau de la Fuente. The treatment produces a softer, sweeter mouthfeel—bread‑like base flavors and caramel or toffee notes—while maintaining cedar, mild black pepper, earthy/mushroom undertones and leather in the background. Most tastings place strength around medium rather than full, and the cigar was released as a limited/small production variant that emphasizes balance and sweeter wood tones over outright power.
