San Andrés Box‑Press
New World Decenio
New World Decenio is a three‑vitola regular production release featuring a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder with Nicaraguan and Honduran filler. Soft box‑pressed and produced at the San Lotano factory, the line smokes in the medium to medium–full lane with toasted cedar, dry earth, cocoa and pepper notes.

Decenio marks the tenth anniversary of New World with a focused, soft box‑pressed trio that leans on a Mexican San Andrés top leaf. The wrapper’s darker, oily tones sit above a Nicaraguan binder and a Nicaragua/Honduras filler combo; the soft press yields a defined rectangular profile and a firmer feel in hand. Tasting notes typically begin with pointed spice and pepper that settle into toasted cedar, dry earth and cocoa or powdery cocoa nibs, while leather and occasional espresso tones round the later stages. The line tends to start spiced and calm into a wood/earth/cocoa interplay with a mildly dry finish. What separates Decenio is the pairing of San Andrés character with a soft box‑press—together they create a spiced, cedar‑forward cigar with dense smoke and a firm draw, a compact expression of AJF’s house style at a modest price.
