Macanudo Inspirado Black

Inspirado Black is Macanudo’s darker, more assertive Inspirado: a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper (with extended ripening noted by the maker) over an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder and Nicaraguan Estelí filler. Flavor signatures skew mocha and coffee‑backed chocolate with restrained dark‑fruit sweetness, cedar and a steady black‑pepper thread—especially on the retrohale. Construction and burn are mostly positive across reviews, though a few samples opened snug and required patience to evolve; the cigar tends to firm up through the second third into a fuller mouthfeel. It’s the Inspirado for smokers who want a richer, darker Macanudo without losing clean construction and balanced transitions.
