Coronado is one of LFD's best known blends: a sun grown Nicaraguan Habano wrapper draped over Dominican binder and long fillers that produces a full bodied, pepper forward smoke. The opening third typically brings a pronounced pepper edge that softens into leather, cedar and dessert leaning notes—graham cracker, nutmeg and caramel—while roasted nut and spice elements hold through the middle and finish. Texture tends toward creamy smoke and steady draws when well made.
