Great Prices. And a nice selection of cigars to choose from. Great staff very friendly. A nice place to seat and enjoy a cigar with strangers but feel like you are with good friends. Great admosphere.

Good cigar selection, 3 tvs to watch sports/news, no food or beverages, seating is limited due to compact size, great parking 👍

I went at 11 on a Monday after traveling an hour and a half to visit a brick-and-mortar only to have the guy on staff ignore me. I asked about pipe tobacco, and there were 5 common tins there. I wanted a bigger selection, but that's not what these guys do, and that's OK. Finally, the guy working came over and asked if I needed anything. I looked at a pretty cool pipe and asked a few questions. He didn't really seem interested in talking to me until I pulled out a wad of cash. Then he talked a little more. It was unpleasant and uncomfortable. I was forgiving of the inventory, but the customer service this particular day was beyond off putting. Maybe the other shifts are better? Maybe the other locations are better? But I will not waste time going here again.

Not a bad setup at all. Very relaxed and friendly environment. The guy was helpful and wasn't pushing different things to sell on me. He just stood back and let me do my thing. He did say if I needed anything just let him know. As for the quality of the products and pricing, it was fair. I can see where some might say they are a little high. In all actuality though the higher quality the product the more it will cost. They do a great job of not overpricing but making money on their sales. In my opinion the pricing is really good.
