Yesterday I had the privilege of visiting Winston’s Pipe & Cigar Emporium in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and I can honestly say it was a standout experience. The staff was unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to take the time to help me find what best suited my tastes. In this day and age, that level of customer service feels increasingly rare and was truly appreciated. Their prices are very reasonable, and the inventory is impressive—there’s an incredible selection on hand, so you’re almost guaranteed to leave with something you’ll enjoy. I especially want to recognize Sam, who went out of his way to make me feel welcome and completely at ease. His professionalism and approachability made the visit even better and ensured I never felt out of place. All in all, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and Winston’s has earned a lifelong customer. I highly recommend stopping in if you appreciate quality cigars, tobacco products and outstanding customer service.

Found a local cigar shop since I left mine at home. I am by no means a cigar aficionado but I do want to spend time with my stepson. The salesman provided some good tips and I let my stepson choose the cigar we would be smoking. Thanks to doing a Google search this one was only minutes away from where we were staying! There’s nothing better that a slow burn cigar which allows quality time to be spent together.

Nice cigar and pipe shop. Pleasant interior with knowledgeable staff. Good seating, you can sit with bigger groups, or more secluded.

If you ever wanted a place to go like “Cheers” where everybody knows your name this is the place. Great atmosphere and great selection of cigars and pipes. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friendly staff and coustom base had both staff and regulars making suggestions to me loved my experience for the size of shop they have an amazing selection
