I have been calling since the end of October. Had my privacy violated repeatedly. Call to have this dealt with.And nobody will call back.They are not taking it very seriously they are allowing people to violate your privacy do not go to wild bills.Do not use their account system.They allow their employees to look your personal information up address and phone number. I do believe that if it was a male cashier and I were a female customer.This would have been dealt with, but instead I am a male customer, and they were two female cashiers, and they are actually promoting one of the people to assistant store manager and the other is a manager.It is absolutely disgusting and appalling.How this company will not take their customer's privacy seriously

Boy, no wonder their ratings are so low. I’m sitting here at Clio right now. Bought something yesterday with terrible assistance which led me to buy the wrong thing. They won’t take it back. It’s unopened. Had it for less than 24 hours. The chick is blowing smoke in my face from her vape and gave me all these because I was trying to return this tried to call corporate got a voicemail. I don’t think these people care based on the other reviews. I’m saying bye-bye no more sales for you from me disrespectful and rude policy and people and no knowledgeable people either.

Recently stopped letting their stores stock Vaylarin 3 coils despite being one of the most popular tanks on the market right now. They constantly sell the hottest items for a little bit, and then will suddenly stop carrying the coils in order to make people buy new devices.

Just left Wild Bills in Bay City Michigan, Wednesday, 11/3/2021 at 430 pm. Grace was the associate who was helping me. I asked for 3 bottles of American Blend 12 mg, and 1 bottle of the 18 mg. There were 3 bottles of the 12 mg left on the shelf, Grace told me, she had to leave 1 on the shelf for other customers. She than told me she would not honor the discounted price on my 3rd bottle. Pretty sure in the State of Michigan, if its on the shelf ,its for sale. No signs were posted limiting bottles. Last time I was in there, they didn't have any 12mgs, I had to mix them. I bought 4 bottles last time. I won't be shopping there again EVER!!!

In Mishawaka bought an item that was incomplete. I realized it was 5 minutes after buying. I spoke to Bill the manager and he told me I was being rude and wouldn’t refund my money. He was completely rude and had no concept of customer service !! He told me to go to a hardware store
