One of the cleanest, most organized, well stocked, and well kept humidors in all the tri city area. Great selection of cigars and all in great condition. Any time I’m by the Bay City mall, I stop in and always leave with a bag full of premium sticks. Sometimes for half retail price! Stop in and ask for Joey. He’s very knowledgeable and personable. Wild Bill's has the best deals . I drive 35 minutes to the Bay City Wilder Rd. location because of the deals and the customer service reps are amazing. They are all so nice and knowledgeable. Joseph D is always amazing when I go in. He is great at his job and deserves a shout out. There's another gentleman with face tattoos that works there at night as well that is also fantastic at his job. Highly recommend the Wilder road location

I had such a wonderful experience! I’d been calling around to different stores for a specific vape flavor, and luckily they had exactly what I wanted. They even set it aside for me until I could get there. I was greeted with smiling faces and very friendly staff. The store manager, I believe his name was Joey was so polite and had some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!!
