Each visit to West End Cigars has been a positive experience. The staff consistently treats me with respect and ensures I never feel out of place. They are always attentive, helping me discover new cigars to enjoy. I’ve been particularly impressed that they’ve taken the time to learn my name, making each visit feel personal and welcoming. It’s the kind of service that makes me look forward to becoming a regular.

Great selection of stogies! Super friendly staff and knowledgeable about the cigars… good prices. It’s like an open arms family no matter what your background is-patrons and staff. Often there’s a monthly vendor parties always have great food and door prizes.

Doug pointed out the best cigar for me (an inexperienced smoker) and it was good. The atmosphere is awesome, everyone is so friendly and nobody is a stranger there. Great selection of cigars and at great prices. I'll definitely be back!

West End has a great selection of premium Cigars. The staff is knowledgeable, with friendly service, and conversation. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Great place to lounge and smoke cigars. It's at least a once a week destination for me.

Cool lounge. Seems sociable enough. Nice selection of cigars. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of their inventory. I enjoy a cigar every few years. So in no way am I an acfiondo of cigars. But whenever I get the urge to enjoy a relaxing moment, West End Cigars is not a bad choice to stop by and pick up a primo cigars. Thanks gentlemen.
