I’m always exploring new cities, usually on the hunt for a solid cigar bar where I can enjoy a good smoke and an Old Fashioned. While walking around downtown El Paso, I met a guy from Boston doing the same thing — so we teamed up and checked out the local scene. That’s how we ended up at Vitola’s. From the moment we walked in, the owner made us feel welcome. No pressure, no attitude — just genuine hospitality and great conversation. Before long, we weren’t just having a drink; we were building friendships. What really stood out to me was their program that lets you purchase a cigar for a service member deployed overseas. As a veteran, that meant something. Small gesture, big impact. Great atmosphere, quality cigars, good drinks, and even better people. Highly recommend if you’re in El Paso and want a place that feels right the minute you walk in.

I am in El Paso Texas on business and came downtown for a quick coffee in San Jacinto Plaza on a recommendation from a woman at my hotel. After I had my coffee I serendipitously ran into a guy on the street and we immediately hit it off. He was from out of town as well and was trying to find this cigar bar so I joined him. The place was great with a great variety of cigars and whiskeys. We stayed for a few hours and one of the owners Mia was amazing. She was one of the coolest people I've ever met in my life and she really knows how to treat customers. The three of us had some laughs and great conversation. I don't even smoke cigars normally so I was able to donate a cigar to the Troops since they have a one cigar minimum three nights of the week because they are normally slammed those days. I think that's more than reasonable and I was really happy to find out I could donate my cigar to the Troops rather than smoke it. If you are into cigars and whiskey and find yourself in El Paso, please stop in you will not regret it.

This place is awesome, very welcoming staff - Guy blue and lady max were very friendly and very respectful telling us house rules, unique cigars in the humidor on the first floor and the lounge being upstairs. This place is very very homie and welcoming, they have a small bar full of unique drinks (even with their own wine), really comfortable leather chairs and great atmosphere. Even have board games with play with friends and also have house cutters and lighters ash trays etc. good views of Nube outside. Overall 10/10 experience of vitolas thanks to Blue and Max. EDIT: an Important house rule not many reviews mentioned was that you have to buy a cigar in order to smoke a cigar (can choose to smoke the cigar you had brought with you or the cigar you bought from them) other than the attendant there will take care of you and will check up on you which makes you feel very welcomed.

The staff seem to be very knowledgeable of the cigars and liquors. Very friendly with an inviting atmosphere. Great place to spend some time to relax. The prices of the drinks seemed a pricey but if you can’t afford to splurge now and then, a cigar hobby is probably not for you, imo. Had a little bit of trouble trying to find the place, but I am from out of town. Came here for my birthday which was a great way to spend it! There are free parking spaces available there. Will definitely come here again!

My favorite place to smoke and purchase cigars. This is a true cigar boutique with a calm, relaxed atmosphere—perfect for enjoying a cigar at your own pace. The staff is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, always ready to answer any questions and offer great recommendations. Whether you’re new to cigars or an experienced smoker, they make you feel welcome. Hands down one of the best small businesses to smoke, relax, and buy quality cigars. Highly recommended
