Such a nice gentleman that runs that store. Extremely professional, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Strongly recommend this place to pick up sticks

Cigar selection was alright. Had the cigars I smoked. Humidor was not overstocked with wide selection. Customer service was poor. Was not made to feel welcome. Will not be returning. Was expecting the person to be more welcoming and really selling the store and it's products. Maybe expected too much. Will stay where my business is appreciated.

I moved to Charlotte last June from Connecticut. I didn't realize I was passing by this little gem everyday!!! I had been driving to Total Wines for cigars....Never again!!! I LOVE This place!!! Great Smiles when I walked in and Great Customer Service!!! I will be a loyal customer from now on!!!

Website says they're open on Saturdays 10am-6pm, Google says they're open Saturdays 10am-6pm, the sign on the door says they're open on Saturdays 10am-6pm. I showed up on a Saturday at 2:30pm and the shop was dark and locked up. No notice on the door, no explanation on the website. I won't be back.
