As a beginner cigar smoker, sometimes I get a little bit nervous going into new places and asking questions and recommendations. I was shown to the humidor by a gentleman name Mike and he was over the top with knowledge about the product in the humidor and even his personal recommendations which turned out the “Bull Moose” is one of the tastiest mellow but bold cigar I have had yet. I went in there to see if I could get a new pipe for my rotation, I was treated very nice and professional by Shane. He took the time to walk me through all of the great products they had, answered my questions and made suggestions which were very helpful and informational. He did not treat me like a novice or greenhorn in the area of smoking and accessories, also filled up the Zippo that I purchased for free, thought that was pretty cool and a neat perk. Shane has made me a regular customer, unfortunately, I say that because I find my own self annoying. Thank you Shane!
