Showed up to enjoy a smoke while waiting for my flight. I was informed that the lounge was no longer open and would not be for at least another year. Wish I had picked the other option 😔

If you want a cigar lounge with a nice welcoming atmosphere do not go to this place. I went to this store for the first time just to see what cigars they had because I never been there before and the manager named Avi who had a terrible attitude wouldn’t let me walk into the humidor until I showed my ID and once he saw my ID he let me inside but refused to let me browse the humidor instead he asked me what I enjoy to smoke and then proceeded to pick out a stick for me and made me pay for it inside the humidor. I’ve been to multiple lounges in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia and I’ve never seen a manager so rude, disrespectful and unwelcoming. If you want to enjoy a good cigar with a nice friendly tobacconist I suggest you bring your hard earned money elsewhere.

I visited Tobacco Road on July 15th, 2025, around 8:45 p.m. with a small, respectful group of friends. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unpleasant. The general manager was very rude and dismissive, making us feel completely unwelcome. At one point, we were even referred to as “Hebrews,” which came across as anti-Semitic and deeply offensive. We were polite customers simply looking to enjoy a cigar, but the attitude we received was unacceptable. No one should be treated this way based on who they are. I would strongly advise anyone who values respectful service and a welcoming environment to think twice before visiting this place.
