I walked in with flip-flops and shorts and the owners of the company were cool with it. I also ordered a launch to be dropped off after asking them and that was totally ok with them. The customer service and how nice the owners were was the best. This is one of my best experiences I ever had at a cigar lounge. They also told me if I don’t see what I want in their humidor they have a warehouse next-door that will have what I want. And I would not have to bye the whole box. As a visitor of Florida this makes me want to come back. If your are around and looking for a place to bye or enjoy cigars this is the spot

I had a disappointing experience with Tobacco Locker. I attempted to purchase a box of cigars and my order was cancelled solely because I am an international customer. To make delivery easy, I provided a U.S. shipping address (a colleague in the United States) and was fully prepared to assume all responsibility for the shipment. Despite that, my orders were still cancelled. I was told the only way to proceed was for my colleague to place the order herself using her own account, payment method, and billing information. I understand that retailers may have fraud-prevention policies, but the way this was handled felt unnecessarily rigid and customer-unfriendly. If an order is paid for and ships to a valid U.S. address, the decision about where it is delivered—and the responsibility for that—should rest with the customer. Canceling orders based on the buyer being international creates avoidable friction and leaves a poor impression. Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing from them again unless their process becomes more flexible and respectful toward international buyers.

Probably the best cigar shop in the county in my opinion. The owner always seems to be there and makes time to answer all my questions about their cigars. The cigar bar looks pretty cool too. I may have to sit down and smoke one one day, because it looks like a great environment to do so.

I was given a gift certificate form here for my birthday. I went there in the middle of the day, so there wasn’t anyone in there but who I assume was the owner. But it’s a well stocked location, at least from a my limited experience in cigars bar’s & lounges. They were friendly and offered some suggestions for my beginner palette. It seems to be a nice little out of the way place for a beverage and to enjoy your love of the leaf.
