This was my first visit to Tobacco Lane. The overall experience was Amazing. Charles was so kind. My friends and I came in as novices. Charles was able to ask a few simple questions and we were able to get the cigars we wanted. He also gave us some cigar education 101, which was sooo helpful. I felt like the prices were good. There were some lower priced cigars and some that were more expensive, so it looks to encompasses all. Charles we appreciate your outstanding customer service. If your an OG at this or brand new like us, you have to come see Charles at Tobacco Lane. It will definitely be an experience.

I wanted to get my husband a King size cigar that was in my price range. I googled a cigar shop near me. Several appear on my phone, but I didn't want to drive far. Tobacco Lane was my choice. The owner greeting was pleasant. He asked me what I was looking for and did I have a budget. I gave all the information. The atmosphere was so friendly. I walked out very happy. This will be my place of choice. He do not do tap for a payment method, but if you pay in cash he give a small discount. He also have a punch card program. After so many punches you get $10 off your next purchase.

A true tobacconist which are rare these days. This isn't a shop that happens to have a walk-in humidor. They not only have an amazing selection but knowledgeable and attentive staff. I was just planning on killing some time and happened to be in the area. I was warmly welcomed right when I walked in the door. As soon as I walked into the humidor I saw one of the largest selections of my favorite brand, Arturo Fuente. I was in heaven. Started talking to the employee, didn't catch their name sadly, and told them what sticks I had recently and what I liked. They instantly gave me 3 or 4 suggestions that weren't even on my radar yet. I ended up grabbing a my father blue in a robusto, and an Oliva series V in lancero. I'm certainly going to make the drive from irving the next time I'm stocking up. Only downsides I could give is that the humidor is very narrow but long which becomes awkward if there are more than a couple people in it. I also wish there was a lounge area to have a smoke but totally understand why that is not practical at that location.
