Best cigar shop in mn. They keep the sticks perfect. No need to question it like other shops will let cigars dry out and they over humidity them. Staff here is phenomenal

I've been there a few times, some excellent offerings and the 'team' is great - what is not so great is some of their part time / seasonal help - the younger folks know nothing of customer service and its value with this specific customer base, and so they treat them like McDonalds drive through customers. Not a good managerial strategy. I'll be back, but my tolerance for bad customer service is wearing thin.

Wonderful atmosphere and an almost overwhelming selection. Kole helped me find the right cigar to pair with a specific beverage and his recommendation was spot on! Best cigar experience I've ever had!

Very helpful! Went to get some cigars for a son-in-law and they were so helpful, asking what we wanted and price range etc. Even made a little cheat sheet for us about each cigar!
