Bought a vape that came out in July that they shouldn't have even been selling this information came from another vape shop had it 6 hours it completely stopped working I was going out of town that day to Charles town WV im back now called asked if they would at least give me a credit or exchange it and they said no every other vape shop I've ever been to has always made it right not this place they will not exchange any vapors that have left their store and say you should test them out there but here's the thing it worked fine for 6 hours? So how would I have even known it was faulty also when I called the guy was very rude very disrespectful and will no longer be getting my business there are plenty of other vape shop that honor their faulty products to go to I would not recommend buying from this place! Very unprofessional and unhonorable when it comes to selling products that are out of date!!!!

Very rude costumer service selling faulty vapes and won't let anyone return them because you should open your product in store and test it bit the vape worked for 6 full hours before completely stopping and I asked another vape shop about the vape its the American flag vapor that came out in July and shouldn't even be being sold at all so they won't take responsibility for their faulty products that they know they shouldn't be selling in the first place! Very unprofessional place waste of 30 dollars because they wanna Sell expired vapors smh shamefull

Walking in, you would not expect this! I've been all over and to many cigar shops. This tops the list! (Second to only Minte Cristo near Houston, TX airport). The largest selection in the Midwest that I've found (outside of CI in PA). The staff is great for when you want a reasonable price and tops on details of leading brands as well. Check them out!

So went in on a recommendation and man I love this place. Customer service is great, the choice of cigars is great, one of the workers said their working on a lounge which that's cool because I could definitely hang out at this place all day .. definitely one of my favorite places along with another place , I hight highly recommend y'all stop by and check them out. And any Ash hole memebrs get a discount.
