The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly, great selection of pipe tobacco and cigars with a small selection of very well made pipes. This is my go to for pipe and pipe tobacco and the occasional cigar. If you are a cigar smoker you cannot beat their selection.

Customer service needs improvement. I walked into the humidor and went up a ladder to grab a 20 pack bundle of my daily smokes. Once I got to the counter a young lady told me to ask an employee when I need something off the top shelf. I answered “understood, no problem”. She then said “Its a sign on the ladder”. I stated that I didn’t see a sign. She then said “I don’t see how”. I almost became the object of someone’s bad day but I did not respond to her sarcasm. The conversation should have concluded when I answered “understood” when she told me with a attitude to come get an employee next time I need something off the shelf. 8/6/25
