While membership is required, day passes are available, making it accessible for visitors seeking a sophisticated spot to unwind. It is the best cigar lounge I have ever been to.

Just visiting & this cigar lounge caught my eye. Clean comfortable atmosphere; very good service; host & hostess well knowledged about inventory. Great selection!

This place is amazing. My bf came here with his fraternity a few times and because of his wonderful experience, we had a date night so I could experience it. As a new cigar smoker, I was excited to try it. The atmosphere was wonderful and has great ventilation. Our server was pleasant and provided a good balance of attentiveness. The only feedback I would provide is that two of thwir staff members who assisted us with the cigars weren't very pleasant to someone like me who is a newbie. They seemed annoyed. So, I would just ask for more patience as you might have new smokers come to your facility. We are just trying to learn! Overall, love the place and will be back!

Enjoyed a quality cigar, a fine cocktail, and excellent service. Will definitely return soon. Best cigar lounge in Charlotte and best sommelier.
