I’ve been a regular customer here for years and have always had good experiences until last night. I arrived at 5 PM to meet a good friend for a cigar. While waiting, I sat upstairs in the lounge. As time passed, the owner and a woman began giving me dirty looks and acting strangely, which immediately made me uncomfortable. At 6 PM, I called my friend and found out he was still looking for parking. While waiting, I opened a bottle of wine, at which point the owner gave me a nasty attitude, saying he wanted to start cleaning and close the store. I was confused, as the lounge closes at 7 PM and we fully intended to leave before then. If this had been handled humanely, it would have been a non-issue. Instead, I was made to feel unwelcome for over an hour. Unfortunately, this experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that they lost my business.

My friend recommended this place to me when I told him I was looking for a great quality cigar smoking lounge for my Dad's visit next month. This Tobacco shop combines amazing history of the past with cool, clean modern day future vibe seamlessly. The staff are personable, knowledgeable and passionate about cigars as well as ensuring the best experience to members along with visitors. The variety of cigars and lounges to smoke were all so very impressive. Our time flew by so quickly that we're counting down to our next visit.

I finally made it to the store. I wish I had been there sooner. Martha and Gary are wonderful people, and I look forward to visiting them again on my next visit to New Jersey. Their pipe tobacco and cigar selection is excellent. They carry hard-to-find products. Their lounge is elegant and welcoming. Their knowledge and customer service are exceptional.

While visiting Ridgewood, I happened to walk by this shop, and as a cigar enthusiast, I couldn’t resist stepping inside. The place is absolutely gorgeous, with a top-notch selection of cigars. I picked up a few and was impressed not only by the quality but also by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Barbara and Gary were incredibly kind and hospitable, making the experience even better. I also had the chance to tour their lounge, which is truly amazing. I’ll definitely be back soon!
