I came to this shop after seeing some good reviews and a large selection. The cigar selection is amazing but the customer service needs a bit of work. It felt like i was being watched the entire time, like they thought i was going to run off with a box of cigars and dismissed when I asked questions like her preferred cigars, the response being "I like them all i smoke alot". Thats great, but not helpful. This went on for a bit until I found something I had been looking for and left. Overall 10/10 selection, 1/10 for helpfulness. Was never asked about preferred strength, blends i enjoy, or smoking expirences. The whole reason you go to a cigar brick and mortar is for the expertise and knowledge the staff has to discover a blend/ brand you may not know about. Anyways, hope the lady with short blond hair can help future customers better then she did when I came in.

All around a super super bad experience. First starting off with the lady (Tammy?) Telling me what I prefer is a factory second off the floor. No big deal. I know tattoos, young etc I don't appear to enjoy cigars. Whatever. Follows me into and around the humidor.. seriously? Bought 3 MF judges. 3 plasencia. Didn't want to finger a bare cigar, and I was being hovered over like I was about to steal the liga boxes 🤣 Got what I wanted, to the register. She had to explain to me what the humidity bags were.. why? I never asked. Get home. 2 of 3 plasencias have beetle holes. Thank God these didn't go in my humidor. Oh all in this,and being hovered, I'm wearing a company shirt with a company name and driving a company vehicle. 10 outa 10 will never return. Shame to have wasted over 30 dollars on two cigars to hit the can.

Great staff, knowledge and friendly. Very large walkin humidore and accessory selection. There's also a nice area to sit and relax and smoke a cigar. Plenty of seating. Easy to spend a couple hours here de-stress enjoy yourself so I highly recommend to visit.

Excellent selection and experience. Tom was awesome. Very quiet lounge and I love it. There was an entrepreneur there writing a business plan and I hope he gets it funded

One of my favorite stops in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful. They offer a nice selection of cigars. The lounge has great seating options and is calm and comfortable.
