Me and my dad went in to purchase some cigars and the older gentleman working in there never acknowledged us or tried to help us select a cigar, there was another customer in there that was also complaining about the same issue. So after researching on our phones we selected 4 cigars to try and then we needed a cutter and the old gentleman was very rude to us and the other customer who had questions. He only came out of the lounge to check us out and then ran back in there afterwards before we even got out the door. I am a firm believer in supporting local shops but after this experience I will find another shop or just order online. The only reason this got 2 stars was because they do have a nice selection.

Drove 30 minutes to make it here at 2:35PM (i.e., 25 minutes before the posted closing time of 3:00PM) and the place was already locked up with no explanation as to why they were closed 25 minutes early. I came in for the first time a few days ago and an older man wearing a Fender t-shirt was facing me in the humidor room. He did not so much as look up to acknowledge me. I continued to walk right next to him and he still did not acknowledge me, ask me if I needed assistance finding any cigar in particular, etc, so I assumed he was just a patron. Not until I checked out did I realize that the man did work there and/or owned the shop. I will be saving my time and money in the future by purchasing cigars elsewhere online. It's a shame as I prefer to support local business.

Wonderful shop, although the owner can be terse at times. Just chalk it up to part of the unpredictable but charming experience of shopping local.

My husband and I have went a few times and it’s always been a pleasurable experience. The owner is great. He’s friendly, and knowledgeable. You can’t beat the prices and large variety of cigars he has in stock. We’ve been to a lot of cigar shops around the country and this is by far our most loved shop.

Great place. The guy who owns the place knows his stuff… obviously. If you have any questions on what to get and what not to get ask him.
