The humidor is well-stocked with a wide variety of premium cigars, all impeccably maintained. One of the best cigar lounges in east Tennessee. Well stocked humidor with plenty of variety, great prices, owners are always friendly, knowledgeable, and plenty of parking. Not overcrowded or loud. When the outside temperature is scorching hot or freezing cold and you can't enjoy a stick on your porch at home. You you can come inside Smoke Pit and enjoy a cup of coffee or an ice cold soda pop with your favorite cigar. Smoking room is very well ventilated with comfortable chairs. I love trying new sticks, and the GrabBag samplers they bag up are always a fantastic mix of flavor profiles.

I just want to say this shop is way above the rest. From the employee's to the owners you will never find a group of people who care as much as they do. The customer service is above par it's a hole in one. The knowledge they each have on every single product is amazing.
