This place opened up 4 months ago and it's Kansas City, Kansas' first cigar lounge. It's located in the historic Strawberry Hill area. To clarify, this is on the Kansas side of Kansas City, not on the Missouri side. Super nice and we'll done on the decor. Lovely comfy lounge seating to sit back and smoke cigars. This is a BYOB lounge.

Well isn't THIS place a little hidden gem over in KCK. Totally blown away by their ambiance. Such fascinating and esoteric decor surrounded by comfort - makes you feel like you're in the coolest secret hideout ever! Behind the bar hides a large humidor room with an extensive cigar selection, and a aficionado right there to guide you to your perfect selection. BYOB and chill to some live jazz while you enjoy your perfect cigar. Really, if you dig cigar bars, The Shop takes the cake in KC!

I stopped in after seeing some customers and was very impressed. Small humidor, but great selection. The owner was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stop back in the next time I'm in town.

The shop is a true cigar lounge and the only one like it in KC. Stop by and introduce yourself to Mike. Great selection of cigars, live jazz or R&B music on the weekends, and ambiance all around. If your come on a Friday find me and I’ll fix you up with a great drink!

1st time patronizing: We were having a good time until a gentleman that we met for the first time at the bar that night spilled his beer on what apparently, must have been an alpaca rug🙄. The bar/shop keep became overly irritated and pretty much kicked us out over a spilled beer IN A BAR! Also, poor ventilation, one restroom. One positive is that it was a big open space. Don’t think I would go back.
