Great customer service. I am from out of town and I told the gentleman what I usually smoke and he recommended some great cigars. I tried Stolen Throne and it was a great medium to full body cigar. I also purchased a lighter and the gentleman took the time to tap off the top with fuel. I recommend stopping by

My friend visited yesterday, being in the UK the prices or the cigars are astronomical so my friend always grabs some for me while she is abroad. She visited the shop which looks amazing. The person who served allowed her to video the whole experience of him selecting cigars for me explaining why he chose and even gave a little gift at the end which he didnt have to. He was clearly attentive and I felt apart of the journey . Just want to shout this out all the way from across the pond! Cant wait to get my hands those sticks!

My husband and I came in after having lunch over at the Gruene Door as we had been wanting to check this place out for a while. The guy working that Saturday had absolutely no Customer Service skills and what we had hoped would be a unique experience ended up being very awkward. He followed us around like we were going to grab up all of the cigars and run out. We asked him for suggestions and he acted like he couldn’t be bothered. We bought one cigar and left. Will not be returning.
