Stopped in this week to pick up a Rocky Patel Conviction for my 40th birthday. The gentleman behind the counter was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. No pressure, just real expertise. Prices were right in line with the big online retailers, but without shipping delays or added fees. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, with several customers enjoying cigars inside. You can tell it’s a place people actually like to spend time in, not just a retail counter. Great selection, great service, great environment. I’ll absolutely be back. Looking forward to lighting up the Conviction this weekend to mark the milestone.

So I've been a cigar guy but aspired to enjoy the briar pipe occasionally. Knowing nothing about this . These helpful men guided me under absolutely no pressure to purchase, thru literally the history of the pipe, explained the choice of the briar root , showed examples of the root whole and cut and then explained in great detail the different tobaccos and how they are cut etc. After the purchase the shop owner conducted a do as i do lesson on packing, smoking , caring for , and cleaning of the pipe. These are GREAT guys and great resources . Don't hesitate to visit them.

This is my go to store for cigars. I recently picked up a beautiful unopened box of Padrons while there, at a decent price too. There are always gentlemen sitting down and smoking, so don't go in before work unless you want to smell like smoke. The staff are always helpful and never rush you into a decision. Knowledgeable too!

Greg is an extremely knowledgeable and pleasant man to buy pipes and cigars from. I've bought a home and a travel humidor from the store and he helped me set up both of them and recommended me one cigar after the next to fill it up based on my personal taste. They'll have my business for a long to come.
