Food, service and ambiance were good. Wings were cooked how I requested them and the servers were very attentive!

Recently joined some colleagues for an after-work old fashioned and cigars, and this place was new to us. Our bartender was incredible and also helpful in picking out a cigar. There’s a great selection with plenty of styles and flavors in the humidor. We will be back!!! The one and only challenge is we didn’t realize it was (sort of) “inside Chicago Pizza” - but once you figure that out it’s no big deal. It’s a completely seperate space inside the building but access is inside Chicago Pizza. It even says this on Google Maps but we missed that. 😅

Went here last night for my bday because I heard so many good things about this place. First off you have to buy a cigar/cigars or pay $10 which I had no problem with. Sat down at a table that a server had just wiped down. She did not come back nor did anyone else. My cuz and I were not offered water, the menu nothing. Time past by my cuz wanted a drink I was over it because the place is not big so I don't know why we weren't attentive to. My cuz even waved down a waitress and she said she was getting someone. Still nothing. A couple sat down by us and what do you know Abracadabra a waitress pops up before they could warm the seats up asking what they wanted and everything. So we asked how come they got served right away and we been sitting here for a minute. The waitress claims she had just clocked in. We asked for the menu and she told us to scan as we are familiar but the couple next to us was offered a tangible menu. The waitress walked away guess what a couple of minutes went by. We just got up and left. All we received was a $10 charge, a stamp on the wrist stating "paid", a scan menu and a damn napkin. When we walked out the door they were yelling for us to come back. It isn't nothing you can say unless you was giving my dang money back. We have money to spend too. Never will back there again. And not enough parking. Don't get a boot as others complained. Oh yea if you have bad knees, seats a low with a small round table for your food.

I've been coming here for years. I even had a birthday gathering here some years back. I came in mid-August and had a wonderful time. However, much has changed with the service, as well as parking. After visiting tonight (10/18/25), I strongly doubt I'll be back. After receiving subpar service for the majority of the night (I spoke with Mimi who was pleasant and understanding, but the damage was done), I left the establishment to discover a boot on my car. After speaking with another patron, she noted that most of the signage wasn't there last week. After speaking with an employee of the Smoke shop in the plaza, apparently there's a new owner who either 1)doesn't want Chicago Pizza/The Patio to remain in business or 2)is trying to play out a "money grab" scheme. You can only park in about 10% of the spaces. In around 25% of the spaces, you can only park from 9:01pm-2:59am. The remaining spaces CAN'T be parked in at ANY time. This is crazy. While it only cost $50 to get the boot removed (same day), this establishment doesn't give any heads up about the parking as you walk inside. Some of the spaces had 2 signs, however mine only had 1. Admittedly, I misinterpreted the sign, however the second sign that other spaces had, notes that there is free parking across the street. BTW, there are two main streets surrounding the establishment, but it doesn't say where the additional parking is located. I've enjoyed the vibe over the years, but I rarely go anywhere where parking is non-existent... unless you pay for valet. Not warning patrons about the parking is going to have these folks out of business.

A brand new stunning venue addition upgrade!! Very unique space elements. Nice bar and Humidor which are still being stocked with more additions. Right inside of Chicago Pizza and free parking makes this a very nice destination for anyone near the area!!
