I’ve been purchasing from the Index for quite a while now and they continue to impress every single time. The quality of their cigars is outstanding, you can tell they genuinely care about how their cigars are stored and handled. I also really appreciate the care that goes into packaging each order. Everything is packed thoughtfully and arrives exactly as it should in packaging that really adds a special touch of class and luxury to the experience. What really sets them apart though is their customer service. They are incredibly professional, responsive, and clearly committed to looking after their customers. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind what they sell and treats customers properly. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to buy premium cigars, I can’t recommend The Index Luxury Cigar Purveyors highly enough.

The level of customer service and the experience at the index are genuinely unmatched. The gentleman who served me (Oliver I think?) was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and inviting. The other staff who weren’t even serving me were amazing with engaging conversation and helpful advice. I have not even tried my first stick yet but can’t wait to enjoy them and take the trip back to see what they recommend next. The owners should be really proud of what they have created here and their team especially. All of these 5 star reviews are thoroughly deserved!

'Good service’ is a phrase that is thrown around far too loosely these days. The service from The Index, however, is genuinely exceptional — they go well beyond expectations to guide and support you on your cigar journey. I’ve made many purchases with them and I am yet to receive even one cigar that wasn’t in pristine, flawless condition. That level of consistency clearly comes from strong management and very effective quality control. Furthermore, their range is impressively extensive, thoughtfully curated, and — importantly — very fairly priced. Even though I’m based here in Melbourne, The Index (Brisbane) is without question my favourite luxury cigar purveyor in Australia. Thank you, team — you have gained a customer for life!

But I regret it all and wish I spent iton the index as it’s litherly on a diff level of quality in there presentation. You can clearly see they actually care about there products .
