Do not expect a welcoming experience at this lounge. I came by to visit this lounge and stood at the counter for a while before even being acknowledged by the staff.. The employee was sitting with the customers having a conversation, and seemed irritated that I needed to select and purchase cigars.. Customer service was terrible and nonexistent.. Do not expect a walk in humidor, cigar cabinet is behind the register. The staff has to remove the sticks from the cabinet for you. Purchased two sticks which I regret. Will not be a repeat customer.

Great experience and environment!! The Cigar also has a Bring Your Bottle set up. You have to pay for a setup. Great service when I go.
