Very rude. Better customer service elsewhere. Don’t waste your time. Spent 400 and felt unwelcome during the whole visit. Like I was wasting their time. I only purchased to get a box I spent a year looking for. The attitude here is why online sales are my preference I’ve been collecting cigars for 20 years now….spent tens of thousands of dollars, And there’s always a local store guy that thinks he’s above you and your time means nothin. It was on display here for sure. Even bought their local branded products just to support them.. still felt like an inconvenience to them. Just wow.

The worst thing about going to Craft Cigar is having the owner smugly answer every practical question with “we are a specialty store” You’re a strip center cigar shop in freaking Cypress. Practice some humility and get a grip. This cigar place has so much potential. Hopefully they figure it out.
