Loved the cigar vault! Val was very knowledgeable on everything and was able to find me everything I was asking for. Me and my girlfriend both had wanted to hear her talk more about cigars but more customers came in so we will have to return another time.

I wanted to surprise my spouse with his first cigar but wanted to get some advice and wanted to support someone local. I had seen some of Val's videos on Instagram and she made it all feel very approachable so I had high hopes. I was not disappointed! The Vault is off the main store and you probably will have to ring a bell to get access, but it is worth it. Val knows her cigars and is really passionate about them. She offered a bunch of suggestions at a range of price points within my budget and explained some of the differences between the options and signs of a good cigar. She didn't try to suggest something over the top for a first time and I definitely learned a lot while feeling really comfortable. I left not only with a cigar, a cutter and lighter, and a way to keep the cigar at proper humidity until it can be smoked, but also with a couple alcohol options to pair with the cigar. I will definitely be back!
