I very very rarely post reviews but let me tell you, this place deserves all the love and praise it gets. From the moment I started going here a couple months ago this has become my weekly lounge. From the ambiance, the good energy and vibes, the knowledge and events, and most importantly the community they've had grow here this is hands down my favorite "end of the week" stop. My smoking buddy and I look forward to enjoying a new cigar and the amazing conversation this location offers and I have yet to have a poor or even mediocre experience with the staff who really take time to have casual conversation when possible and are knowledgeable on the tobacco. I will continue to come here as my primary lounge and tell all my friends, whether experienced smokers or newbies, to come and relax.

Absolutely incredible place! I told Cindy I’m a novice and she gave me a full tour of the place and made a ton of recommendations. Their selection is insane and their prices are very reasonable. She actually steered me away from a few expensive options in favor of some more budget friendly sticks that a beginner can grow with. Whenever a sales person is trying to save you money, you know you're dealing with good people. Alex (I believe I’m remembering that correctly) finished up the sale with me and got me on a couple more pieces. Great experience with both of them and can't wait to go back!

This has to be one of the best lounges in Alabama, and maybe the surrounding states! The humidor is well maintained and is basically 3 large rooms with several 1000s of facings. If you are looking for some 💎 💨💣 check the back stock down low and up high. Great staff and an amazing multi room lounge with ample seating, TVs, poker table, pool table, and outdoor seating!

I really enjoy this place. Its nice to sit and be in an environment with other people who enjoy the same things as you do. The selection in the humidor is unreal, can be a bit overwhelming. BUT if you are wanting to try a wide selection of cigars to find what you like, they have it here. Several of the shop employees are very knowledgeable about what they carry and are always willing to help you find what you want OR make a suggestion of a new stick you can try based on your preferences. The lounge is nice to be able and just kick back relax and enjoy your cigar. I see groups of people all the time in the back at the tables talking , enjoying a nice drink. There are poker tables / a pool table and other meeting style tables. Plenty of Ashtrays and places to put your drinks. I'm relatively new but they even have lockers in the back that I assume you can rent. Refrigerator / coffee etc. The events they hold are great and wonderful way to encourage more community. The negatives. The air handling in the shop/lounge could use some work. I know its a cigar lounge and smoke is to be expected but as others have mentioned even with just a few patrons inside the air is THICK with smoke. Does make it hard to enjoy your cigar at times as all you can smell is the massive mixture of everyone else's cigars. When you leave you smell like you have sat in tobacco barn fire. The furniture in the back is heavily used (its a lounge) but is starting to break down. Not a huge thing I do not have to sit there and I know that its expensive and something they do not have to offer. The location is nice as far as where it is but its just too bad that its on one of the busiest roads in Madison. HWY72 is right out the front door so sitting outside is Nice but you have the roar of the highway and the exhaust smell from the cars to contend with. Not really something the shop can control again, unless they change locations. The last thing would be some of the inconsiderate patrons, again not really something the shop can manage. For the most part everyone is very laid back and are just there to Smoke, Drink, Talk, Watch TV, Relax and Enjoy. But it never fails ESPECIALLY on nights when there is some game on TV. There will always be that one person who wants to sit in the lounge area and yell at the top of their lungs at the TV. Not really a fault of the shop but really kills the vibe when some jackass is yelling at the football team on TV. Its a lounge not a sports bar. Most people are there to relax and enjoy. Not listen to 1 person carry out their personal tirade at their sports-ball team on TV.
