UPDATE May 2025: They stand by their customer and make things right. I bought my usual box of cigars or so I thought. After opening box I found a smaller size cigar. I prefer 660 (six inches long and ring size 60) which smoke just the right amount of time and relatively cooler with slow burn. But I got a box one size smaller but I tried one just in case it might smoke OK. No go. Next day I took box and receipt back and they exchanged it for correct box of right sized sticks and only charged me for the one I burned. OooRah! They did things right. UPDATE Mar 2021. Yea they survived the virus crises. Starting Mar 10th it will be optional for customers to wear not wear a mask. UPDATE Jul 2018 While lighter was in for warranty repair (no fault of store) I was complaining about not having a good replacement lighter. They gave me one as backup. Cool! UPDATE Mar 2018 Brain fade; left credit card and pen at store which they safeguarded until I remembered where I lost them. Yea! Nov 2016: I have been shopping here for years. Fair selection compared to other stores in area but this one is close to home....and 10% discount every Thu. Staff friendly and helpful to new smoker or one looking for gift/party favors. New name over front door now; Cigar Lounge.

Great spot to get cigars and very well priced. As others here have expressed.my only issue is it's not an actual lounge. It's just a cigar shop...politely put they should change the name.

I really enjoyed this place. I have visited 6 different shops in the Dallas area and this is by far my favorite so far. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the customers are extremely welcoming and hospitable. Honestly I think the customers may have been the best thing about the place. I came over from Shreveport for a Tatuaje event and had a great time. Thanks for welcoming me and making feel at home.
