What a joke of a cigar store. I’ve been buying cigars here for a year and have spent a couple thousand dollars. I got a moldy cigar in the last batch of cigars I bought (couldn’t tell at the time of purchase due to Fuente cedar wrapping). Went back a week after purchase to see if I could exchange and was told they don’t offer exchanges because I could have done something to the cigar. I wasn’t trying to rip them off and I did nothing wrong on storing the cigar. The other $200 of cigars I bought at the same time were all fine. I guess they’re willing to lose thousands a year in business over 1 moldy cigar. What a pathetic way to run a business.

I only visit this establishment about 2-3 per year but each time that I do I am thoroughly pleased. The inventory is good and had many products that I enjoy. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful and very personable. I have visited another cigar store in the area (did not purchase anything as the staff was rude/condescending) and The Cigar Box is phenomenal in comparison. This is my go to place for a good cigar and exceptional customer service. Keep up the excellent work. THANK YOU!!!
