I had questions about a particular humidor I was looking at buying. They were able to send me detailed pictures and videos of that humidor and addressed any concerns I had before shipping the humidor and packaging it safely. I would recommend the cigar bank to anyone that loves cigars. Great customer service 👍😊

The Cigar Bank has become my go-to Cigar spot. When my friends are in town, this is the place for us to unwind, have a drink, and smoke a good cigar. The facilities are top notch, and the staff are all knowledgeable & friendly. I highly recommend stopping in if you're in McDonough square.

Walked in, cashier ignored me completely while standing there blocking the door watching and NOT helping his co-worker pick up a tiny christmas tree, then he opens the door and I felt like I SNEAKED inside. HORRIBLE start for a SUPPOSED LUXURY place. I'm a young white person, got ID' as soon as I started talking which was annoying and rude AS HECK. I came in for a cigar purchase at January 3rd 5:15 pm so hopefully this person can get recognized by the owners and trained in customer servicing. I felt like he just didn't care about what he was recommending to me (I said I wanted a tasty cigar that lasts long) He didnt care about his job and or hated being alive. He DIDN'T TRY to talk to me at all about anything which was weird and made me feel like I don't belong. Will not return to this place it was very uncomfortable and creepy.
