Whenever I'm in Georgia, this smoke shop and lounge is a must stop. Even if you are not a member, the shop and its patrons are very welcoming. Kevin I think is a bit of a local celebrity - beyond friendly and extremely knowledgeable about whatever kind of tobacco experience your looking for. From the moment you step inside you feel a refined gentrification, from the supple leather seating, the old-wood framing and esthetics of the lounge area, to the 'massive' walk-in humidor, this shop is a genuine local treasure. My wife and I had a great relaxing time this past Saturday, Sep. 1, 2024 in La Casa del Tabaco Cigar Lounge and also during Labor Day at Tabaco World Cigar Lounge. Both times we were taking care by Tobacconist Kevin Holloway which he is also the Manager/Partner in both locations. Both places have a very nice ambiance, convenience location, affordable prices but the best of all is, their customer service. We experience an amazing customer service by Kevin. He is an outstanding Tobacconist and also a perfect example of what customer service should be in any organization! He was super patience, more than willing to share his knowledge upon all our questions and supper attentive in helping us doing the best selection of cigars to our taste. He was very honest, attentive and he explained all our options thoroughly. The best of all, he did not try to push anything on us that we didn’t wanted. We were very pleased with Kevin’s high performance customer service, the patience and knowledge that he demonstrated in finding the correct cigars for us, and how thorough the communication was throughout our interactions. He is just an amazing ambassador to the cigar aficionado culture and his customer service representative, is dignify of representing any Cigar Lounge. Respectfully, Javier Perez

Visiting from Florida and dropped in to enjoy a cigar. The GM Manny was very welcoming and knowledgable, and the cigar selection - huge! Plenty of seating, very clean and well organized. Cigars were well priced and there is an excellent variety to choose from. One of the best in the country to be sure! I will be back.
