The Best. The owners and Kevin are Aces. Prices are what they are but reasonable and competitive. Remolding really adds to the ambiance. Highly recommend!

You come in and are greeted with a excellent hello . You are not rushed or forced to buy anything. They have a great collection of cigars and coffee. Everyone is nice and great to talk to at the lounge. Just started coming here and will be coming to smoke and enjoy my stogies for a long time . They have locker humidor you can keep your cigars and stuff in . Very relaxing here . 9 out of 10 place if you ask me .

This shop is second to none on all fronts: Staff, Selection, Service. I have been stopping into this shop a couple times per week over the last few months. The staff is second to none. Matt and Tim are very friendly. They both know their cigars and they take the time to know their customers and understand their tastes. The selection at this shop isn’t as large as you will see at some other places, but on top of stocking the big staple brands, they make the most of their space by keeping a steady rotation of exciting boutique brands (Caldwell, Room 101, Foundation, Illusione, etc). Summit Cigar is always bringing in new products and the staff always have something new to recommend to me on a weekly basis, including a steady flow of exclusive and hard-to-find sticks. I have not had the chance to spend too much time in the lounge, as I usually stop by during my lunch break, but it appears to be comfortable, well-ventilated, and populated by pleasant people. If you’re a new cigar smoker who needs guidance on where to begin, this place is for you. If you’re an experienced smoker who wants to shop in a highly curated humidor with selections you won’t see everywhere, this place is for you. I visit a handful of shops throughout northeast Ohio on a regular basis, and Summit Cigar Co is easily my favorite. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

I'm a new cigar smoker. I recently came into Summit cigar company. I met Matt. Not only was he one of the owners, he took the time to show me around and listened to my likes and dislikes and was spot on with the cigars he choose for me. This is a incredible place with a great community. I have finally found a cigar home. Thanks Matt
