D one let the exterior fool you. Comfortable, friendly, WELL VENTILATED, clean lounge with comfortable seats and friendly customers. TV on wall playing sports. Gentleman helping in the walk in is informed, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. Prices are fair and good selection of cigars. If I lived here, this would be my "third place".

They continually lie about their rewards program. Initially, you would spend $1000 and receive a $100 discount. What they don’t tell you is, they have hidden deadlines where your points expire. But even worse, they changed the program entirely and cut the amount of discount in half, now you have to spend $1500 in order to receive a $75 discount. They were trained to pretend this is better because they would extend the expiration, but I learned today that they’re still manipulating those expiration dates. My original points did not roll over as they explained, and the second expiration date is not within a larger window, but in fact an even smaller window. When confronting them on this you will be met with a sentiment of, “how dare you for noticing.” Absolute con-artists..

The staff are typically nice and quick with anything I need. Always very well stocked with cigarettes and a huge on hand cigar selection featuring a walk-in humidor. There is also a smoking lounge on site, but I've never used it personally.
