This is a fantastic gem of a store and I cannot recommend it enough for any pipe or cigar needs. A truly traditional tobacconist with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Rob helped me select a new blend of pipe tobacco and even walked me through his extensive pipe selection (which are very reasonably priced, by the way!). Excellent selection of all types of both boutique and bulk pipe tobaccos, fine cigars, and all the related accessories. Most importantly, Rob made me instantly feel like a valued customer and a friend. I will certainly be back for all my pastime needs and you should too.

This is an interesting story to tell. I looked up this place to find a gift for a friend of my BF who has helped me plan a surprise weekend. I got there about 10:30 in the morning, and there were already two gentlemen hanging outside. Cool, I thought, I love the smell of cigars. Walked inside and explained to the owner what I was searching for. He delicately asked me what kind of price point I was looking for, which I gave him. At this point another "gentleman" walked in. He seemed rushed, and I stepped back because I realized that the conversation I was going to have would take time. He purchased his items, but then decided he wanted to hang out and just shoot the breeze with the owner, to the point the owner flat out told him he had another customer waiting. He left. This is the point: the owner thanked me for being patient while this man stepped into our conversation, and then he apologized for his rudeness, both by stepping in, then just deciding I had no value and kept talking even though I was there first. I bought a couple of extremely expensive cigars, and I am looking forward to the gift, especially due to the story behind them. I probably won't be back. Not because of the owner, he is fantastic, but simply because this was a once in a lifetime buy. It's a beautiful shop.
