It's pretty incredible that I was reluctant to write a review based on a single employee before reading the other ones and seeing that it spans nearly a decade. How she hasn't been fired is beyond me. Trust me, you'll know the one. Older woman who works the register. She absolutely should not be in any role in customer service whatsoever. Which I would've tolerated as a Millennial inclined to apologize for my very existence, until today, when she saw me at the register and just straight up walked away. She needs to be fired.

Bought a high ass bottle and it was opened. It didn’t crack creak or make a sound. Just opened right up. Purchased at 8:40 so of course the store is closed. I remember these came with a plastic seal around the cap. Check your bottles from this location.

The only reason i came to this store was because its vloser to my office. But i will take an extra 10min and go down the road for better customer service. I was looking for a wine and ask for help. The gentleman assisted me.. when i went to check out they had samples. I tried it..didnt care for it and asumed i thru it in trash that was there. Well it come out that tge trash was more half filled samples. The older lady told me out loud that I was nasty! I have NEVER been so offended! She needs to find a place to work where her customers service skills are not needed. She was RUDE and very dismissive. I apologized for my error, she just rolled her eyes.. The other guys there were quite..but she was a tyrant! Last time I go to the location.
