Only knocking off a star due to one of the workers I encountered Monday March 2, 2026 around 11:35 am. I walked in to the pickup counter, one of the workers glanced back at me, then turned around and ignored me. I'm short so the other worker, the amazing Ms Pebbles, looked around the other worker and asked if I was there for a pickup order. She then walked over and took care of me. I'll extend some grace to the other worker, as maybe they aren't trained to assist with pickup orders. As a veteran, I understand not everyone is meant to do certain tasks without training. Ms Pebbles needs a raise for her attentive nature and customer service skills. She is the only reason I will continue to patronize this business💖

Associate at checkout (Nichole) was very rude and snappy didn't greet us and was glaring at us the entire interaction. we asked for help and she refused wouldn't even scan our account for points saying "it's not going to help today" worst experience I've had ever shopping there

Customer service here bucks. No hellos no hi may help you just a tap on the card machine to answer if im 21 or older. Good selection and good prices .

This is my favorite spec's hands down and ofcoarse because its closest to my house but super friendly staff always very nice and helpful inless it's around the holidays make sure u walk the right direction when its one way by the cash registers LOL because they will let you know real quick😂 but all and all awesome place iv got 90%of my hard to find bourbon there at retail and im very grateful keep up the good work spec's and employee's.
