They finally added seats. Semi lounge area. Sometimes the employees/ Management is helpful and hospitable. Have had an instance we’re they seems to want you to just buy something and go.

Personally dont see what the problem is. Customer service was fine, was even offered to light my cigar before having a nice sit in the lounge. Perfect place to light a cigar (I chose a $7 light bodied Sosa cigar) while the girlfriend did some shopping. I would definitely come back.
