There is no place in WNY I would go to other than Smokers Haven for my pipe and cigar needs. All three generations of owners are more than accommodating and make sure to make you feel welcome. Their hand blended pipe tobacco is absolutely the best and their recommendations are always spot on. The hand carved pipe is my main go to in my collection. Their price are very good and selection is outstanding. Make this your destination for all of your smoking needs. They will also ship to you if you cannot make it in, but the wonderful aroma of this place is worth the trip.

Bill is just amazing. Was buying a pipe for my husband and he made me feel right at home. He really wanted me to get a quality pipe. Toured me around the options and explained each one I was interested in thoroughly. He even took the time to show me some antiques and gave me brief history on some of the pieces.What an awesome experience and I landed on a gorgeous pipe for my husband. This local gem offers some amazing blends at reasonable prices. The store has 2 friendly, easygoing dogs that brightened my experience. The owner and son team were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find us the perfect blend. I highly recommend this establishment.

Friendliest business I've ever been to, I just moved out here and tried this place for the first time. To put it bluntly, I will be a regular! I don't normally see this much courtesy until after people find out what I do for a living, but the staff here treats everyone like family, no introductions needed! Best service EVER!
