Very nice shop. Clean. Large selection of vaping products. Bought my new vape here. I'm satisfied. Owner was very helpful and courteous.

Update : as of 08/08/2018 I think im done going here because this is the third time I have been sold the wrong coil. The coils I use the numbers are the only thing different on theme.Once again I clean my E cig put a new coil and it's not hitting good so I look at the coil & once again it's a 2 not a 4 that I use. Now once again $5 down the drain because I will through it out because they won't exchange it for the correct one because it has oil on it. It's such BS I have been a loyal customer for almost 4 yrs, I know the owner & I'm very honest. As soon as I noticed it was wrong I called. I'm very disappointed in the sales. Been going here for over 2 yrs the owner is so nice & always wants you to be a happy customer. Most of the staff are nice, has good advice about what would work best for you. I love going un there on the says 2 of the works are there , they are friendly, you can ask them whatever, have a conversation, they 😃, joke, just make you feel welcomed.

Have been trusting and buying from them for years and not once have I been happy. More times than not,I've had to take their products to competitors to get my money back and also get the higher quality item for cheaper. I've been informed they scam, and from the extremely poor customer service I can't say I'm shocked. Luckily, if you are denied a return for any product bought here for whatever reason, the Fenton smoke shop gladly takes them and refunds you the difference with no hassle.

Was not greeted upon entering store. Waited patiently for the cashier to finish checking out the person in front of me. Once done, the cashier took the next person in line behind me. That's the simplest way lose business. Cashier (owner? old guy) requires additional training to be floor ready. I'll go to wild bill's tobacco. Thanks.

Would absolutely recommend this store. Had a problem with a product and they went way above what I thought was fair. I left there completely amazed at how well they dealt with my issue. I will shop at this store whenever I need a product they sell
