My fiancé went into this place last night to get a north vape. He had gotten the mint one without even realizing that it was non nicotine. The lady that helped him didn’t even bother to ask if he noticed it was non nicotine like the other vape shops do. He went back in to see if he could switch it out because he clearly didn’t want a non nicotine vape. She was very rude to him, had poor customer service, and wouldn’t let him switch it out. When he asked for the manager she had gotten her attitude with him and tried claiming she was the manager. If she is the actual manager she shouldn’t be one with how rude she was to him. I highly do not recommend anyone to go here unless you want poor customer service. We will not be back to support this business. Go to sweet puffs in Holly. Half the price for what this place makes you pay. EDIT: The lady that was rude to my fiance was a tall, long brown hair with glasses. Not sure of her name.

I wouldn’t buy any looseleaf chewing tobacco from the one on Silver Parkway in fenton. They don’t understand that you shouldn’t be selling product that has an expiration date and they don’t understand that you shouldn’t be selling product that expired 6months ago. . Maybe you should exchange that product for some new stuff or give the money back to the customer when they bring it to them. . I was told “there’s nothing I can do “ by the “manager“ . she then told me that she “ just put that stuff on the shelf yesterday” when that was the day that I bought it and she wasn’t there. When I told her that you can take the code that is on the package and call the manufacturer to find out it’s expiration date. She told me that “they “wouldn’t send her expired product… I don’t like getting screwed out of $30. I think it’s mainly just a place to get drug paraphernalia to smoke weed.
