After these folks sell all their cigars, the boxes get piled in the front window and offered for sell themselves. So I bought a couple stacks of assorted sizes and repurposed them into jewerly boxes and stash boxes. Turned out beautiful..

Just like all the other review says this place needs a big improvement on customer service. My fiancé went in today, July 2 to buy a product out of their case that I have bought multiple times in the past few months from them so I knew that they would be in their Case. She went in and was laughed at by the older gentleman that was working in the morning because HE Didn’t have the proper knowledge of the products that they offer and laughed in her face because he knew they didn’t have that product!!!and told her that they don’t even offer those! When I have bought 3 to 4 of them in the past two months from them, so of course after work, I had to stop in they had four of the product that I was looking for in the case!! Asked if I could see the product because they have different styles. then I was told by the afternoon gentleman that they are all the same and I told him no I’ve bought 2 to 3 in the past few months from you. They’re different and I’ve pointed it out to him before because he had waited on me on a previous occasion and didn’t know that they were different styles then. He persisted to say that they were the same style, so I reached my hand in the open case which I’ve done before to show them that they were different styles and he got loud with me and said that’s our Policy keep your hands out our case which I understand, but I’ve done it before to the same guy because he still thinks they are all the same style when they are not! At this point, I told him to meet me at the front an patted him on the back and he continued to run his mouth like he was trying to prove some point that he was right so as I was cashing out, we were exchanging words back-and-forth and that’s when I told the older lady who runs the store that you need to inform your employees on how to talk to customers and inform them on the product that you offer She didn’t care to hear it by her facial expression. She stated the morning gentleman doesn’t know what he talking about!!My Point! Like I stated above, I spent a couple hundred dollars with them in the past few months and I’ll be damned if I step foot in that store again and I advised you to stay far away from it!

I love this Smoker Friendly! Everyone is very polite, eager to help, store is really clean and organized. One thing I didn't know and I think is really cool, is you can purchase their empty cigar boxes. If you go in the room where the cigars are, you'll see stacks and stacks in the window. They are all for sale, cheap too! Last I knew the wooden boxes were $2 & the cardboard ones were a $1! They have cool designs and colors on them. I don't know if they sell the boxes at every location but I know they do at the one on West 26th street and this one on West 8th. They sell tobacco ofcourse, as well as all sorts of smoking paraphernalia, butane, lighters, candles, incense, snacks, cbd products etc. I definitely recommend checking this store out!
