Been here a few times and received good service, unfortunately don’t fall for the nice facade the 2 women put on in there, they don’t honor their advertisements and when I asked for a recommendation for a device they sold me one completely different than what was said and refused to make it right despite it being brand new and right in front of them, tried to make a second sale by forcing me to buy a full kit for a battery instead of one separately, why lie and sell a “rechargeable” vape only to not tell the customer it needs a secondary battery despite specifically asking them before hand if it did, disappointing.

Bait and switch tactics to increase sales, avoid at all costs, I recommend the shop on Greenway and 35th Avenue they have much better service and selection!

I love this smoke shop. The ladies are so much fun to talk to. They are super friendly. Very welcoming. It's very clean. I love my experience that I had so far.
