Use to be a great place to go, to have a good but a great cigar. Lately the worker or very very unfriendly and disrespectful. They don't live up or want to honor their policies of no return but only exchange or store credit. Bad customer service when call to speak with the store manager. I was told by the night supervisor/manager Jay (he is white), that I should find a different store. On work offer to fight me, who lie about his name being tony, he was correct by his supervisor, an still he refused to give his name. The supervisor say his name is Chris.

Great spot, good selection of cigars, good service, great selection of alcohol to pair up with your stogie of choice, the vibe is always on par. It's everything you want a cigar lounge to be. Highly recommend.
